First weekend home in four weeks—what a treat to be in my own house, relaxing. As much as I love traveling, there’s truly no place like home. I spent time working on a lot of Zentangle tiles I’d been looking forward to creating. I started and completed Project Pack 26, which featured special materials: Koi markers.

I love Koi markers—they’re beautiful, water-soluble markers that can be used like traditional markers or as watercolors with a brush and some water. In addition to the materials supplied by Zentangle, I also incorporated some Lindy’s Magicals in matching colors.

I had so much fun with these tiles. Each one was beautifully designed and offered plenty of opportunities to get lost in the zen.
